Requesting access does not take payment. On activation, your subscription starts automatically with its free period. Choose monthly or annual billing during setup.
Do I need card details to request access?
No. The request form does not ask for a card number, bank details or payment. You can tell us whether you prefer EFT, card or are undecided.
Will EFT and proof of payment be supported?
EFT / bank transfer is supported with a private proof-of-payment upload and confirmation by authorised finance staff after checking the bank receipt. Uploading proof alone does not confirm payment. Card payments through DPO are planned for later.
Is the livestock valuation a guaranteed sale price?
No. It is an indicative estimate based on published auction references and eligible weights where applicable. Fallbacks and missing values are disclosed. Actual sale proceeds may differ, and land or other farm assets are not included.
Can I import a large animal register?
Yes. The workspace includes a CSV import example and class codes. Valid rows can import while failed rows are reported for correction. Imports run in the background.
Can I use more than one farm?
The MVP plan includes one farm per farmer account. Multiple-farm subscription options are planned for a later release.
Does Mamben work offline?
The current workspace needs an internet connection. An app with offline recording and synchronisation is planned for a later release.
How do I get help?
Approved farmers can use Support & feedback in their workspace to submit issues or suggestions, attach screenshots and follow replies. Before joining, use the access and enquiry form.
