Terms

The service and operator

Mamben Farming provides a workspace for farm, camp and livestock records, event histories, exports and indicative livestock valuations. The legal operator details are being completed for launch.

Testing access

Access is currently reviewed and approved by Mamben. Requesting access does not create an account, guarantee approval or start a paid subscription. Keep your sign-in details private and enter records you are authorised to manage.

Plan and pricing

The displayed standard plan is N$499 per month including VAT, for one farm per farmer account. Approved accounts start a subscription automatically when activated, with 1 free calendar month(s). The annual option covers 12 months after the free period for N$5,489.00 upfront (11 monthly fees). Monthly billing aligns to calendar months after the free period; a first partial month is prorated and may be combined with the next month. Plan changes apply to the next period for which no invoice has been issued. Existing issued invoices keep their terms. Farm access after the free period requires confirmed payment for the current period; billing and support remain available to enabled accounts while unpaid. There is no automatic card charge or payment collection through the access form.

Payments

EFT / bank transfer uses private proof upload, an Awaiting verification state and finance confirmation after the bank receipt is checked. Proof of payment alone does not confirm settlement. Card processing through DPO is planned for later; selecting a plan does not debit a card or bank account.

Records and estimates

You remain responsible for checking the accuracy of records you enter or import. Keep copies of exports you need for your own records. Livestock valuations are indicative, use published auction references and eligible measurements, and disclose fallbacks or missing values. They are not guaranteed sale proceeds, formal appraisal certificates or values for land and other farm assets.

Availability and support

The current workspace requires internet access. Offline recording and synchronisation are planned for a later release. Support & feedback is available to enabled farmer accounts. Updates and maintenance notices may appear on the dashboard; planned dates do not constitute a promise of uninterrupted availability.

Cancellation

The cancellation process, notice period and effect on access and data will be confirmed before paid subscriptions launch. These details remain open in this testing draft.

Refunds and payment queries

Refund, failed-payment and payment-dispute arrangements will be confirmed before paid subscriptions launch. The access form takes no payment.
