Who operates Mamben
Mamben Farming is the trading name used for this testing workspace. The legal operator details are still to be completed.
Information you provide
The access form collects your name and email, with optional phone, farm region and message, plus a payment-method preference. We record the request privacy-notice version and when you acknowledged it. No card, bank-account or proof-of-payment information is requested on that form.
Approved farmer accounts may contain contact details, farm and camp records, animal identification and parentage, weights, movements, births, sales and deaths. Support tickets may include messages and screenshots you choose to upload. Billing records include the personal/business billing name, billing address and optional VAT number you supply, your monthly/annual plan and free-period dates, issued invoices, private payment proofs, verified receipts and correction history.
How information is used
Access requests are used to review testing access and respond to enquiries. Workspace records support the farming features, histories, exports and indicative valuations. Support messages help staff investigate issues and respond. Account, permission and change records support access control and operational review. Billing details address invoices and support subscription, payment verification and access management.
Submitting an access request is not consent to a marketing newsletter. Farmer sale records are not inputs into the MVP auction-reference pricing.
Who can access records
Farmer screens are scoped to the signed-in farmer’s account and farm records. Mamben staff access is controlled through assigned permissions, managed by the super admin. Support staff with the relevant permission can read the ticket conversation and its screenshots. Access-request staff can review submitted enquiries. Finance staff with billing permissions can review billing details, invoices and private payment proofs.
Keep passwords private and avoid unnecessary personal or financial information in messages or screenshots. Exported files are downloaded to your device; consider who should receive them when sharing.
Hosting and service providers
The production hosting location and service-provider details will be completed before launch. They have not been finalised in this testing draft.
Cookies and technical operation
The application uses session and security cookies for sign-in and form protection. This landing-page update adds no advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and server systems may also keep operational request and error logs. Production settings and service providers must be documented before launch.
Keeping and removing information
Retention and deletion periods, including treatment of exports, backups and audit records, are still being finalised. The testing application does not implement an automatic retention schedule for access requests.

Use Contact & access to ask about your information, corrections or removal. Approved farmers can also use Support & feedback. Mamben will need to confirm the requester’s identity before discussing or changing account information.
Changes to this notice
The displayed version identifies this notice. Material changes and the final policy will be communicated as the service moves beyond testing.
